If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a 7 day money back guarantee. Once we receive the package back from you with the return form filled out, we will process a refund within 7 business days. There will be a 20% Restocking Fee applied less shipping costs.

Warranty only covers the interior of the controller and the functionality of the mod chip we install. Below is a list of items not covered by warranty, and the cost to repair them.

Broken Analog Stick " The whole controllers needs to be replaced" - $35.00 + Shipping
Broken Shell / Physical Damage -" Mail Shell Service" price for the shell item

All other issues will be handles on a cases by case basis.
