At GamingModz we want to bring the highest quality products to the consumer, and at the same time make you aware of our company policy in order to avoid any misunderstanding to insure 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. Below is a list of issues we decided to address.

  • We offer a 7 day money back Guarantee on all orders (less shipping costs). This does NOT include custom orders. All custom orders will incur a 20% Restocking Fee and Shipping costs.

  • Warranty Only covers the function of the Rapid Fire Chip Installed, and will apply ONLY if the rapid fire does not work, and the purpose of the chip is not functional.

  • All products are tested before they are packaged and sealed in a shipping box. Therefore, if you receive a damaged product or it's not in working condition, please contact our customer service department and we will open a claim with FedEx, UPS or USPS to cover the cost of goods.

  • If a product is damaged or is in need of a repair, please fill out the return form on the "Support Tab" and mail it back to the headquarters with the damaged product. Important: We will reimburse you only for the "Ground Service Fee", and not for Express or Overnight Mail as the cost is much higher for this type of service. This applies only to shipments which are returned within the "7 Day Money Back Guarantee" period.

  • If your product is physically damaged, and the 7 days have elapsed, you will be responsible for all shipping fees and repair costs not covered by the warranty. You will be notified by email once we process you return for the costs involved. It is your responsibility as a consumer to follow our return policy.

  • If you happen to receive the wrong product that you did not order, please contact customer service immediately and must be done within 7 Days. We will Express Overnight you the correct controller, once we confirm you have shipped the controller back to us.

  • We do not modify controllers which have been opened by another company, or for the purpose of modification internal components. The work was not done by our experienced staff, therefore we can't stand accountable for a used or damaged main board.

  • If you ordered a controller with an "EXCLUSIVE MOD ADD ON" this is considered to be a custom ordered controller and can NOT be returned for a refund of any kind.

  • We do NOT offer returns on custom shells.

  • If you want to send in a controller to add the "EXCLUSIVE MOD ADD ON" but the controller does not have the rapid fire chip already installed you will need to have the rapid fire chip added as well. All applicable fees for adding the rapid fire chip will apply.

  • If you ordered a "MAIL IN MOD SERVICE" it is your responsibility to send us your controller for an upgrade. If you purchased this Service, and did not send a controller, we will not be able to know when to refund your payment. If this was a mistake, once customer service has been informed, they will process a refund immediately.

  • If you ordered an item marked "OUT OF STOCK" we will email you informing the item is not in stock. It is your responsibilty to follow up on your purchase.

  • NO WARRANTY can be added once you receive the product by mail.

  • Gamingmodz will NOT REFUND any money after the 7 Day Money Back Guarantee has expired for any reason or demands by the consumer.

  • Depending on our order volume, please allow up to five business days until your order is fully assembled and passed through our QC department. We do not carry any pre-assembled controllers in stock as all our controllers are made to order.

  • Our rapid mod chips and controller shells are delicate and can be easily damaged by an untrained individual. Therefore GamingModz.com does not offer refunds on any chips or shells purchased if we do not perform the work on the controller.

  • If you are mailing your controller for a repair, the technician department will take up to 48 hours to test and fix any issues it may have. However, if you mail in a product in a "Good Working Condition" you will be charged $10.00 + Necessary Shipping Fees. It is important to review the instruction on the customer support tab.
  • When emailing support regarding a return, please provide them with the color of the warranty sticker on the controller. It will either be under the battery pack (Xbox) or in between the analog sticks (PS3).

Gamingmodz offers quality products and guarantees all Xbox and PS3 Controllers are assembled professionally. ALL of the controllers we ship have warranty labels on the inside and outside. ANY tampering with of these seals will IMMEDIATELY void the warranty on your controller. Often times individuals try to open the controllers with no experience. This could possibly result in damage to the main board and may disconnect wired chip components. We ask that you understand our company's position on this matter as we can not take on the financial responsibility of another party's negligence. All necessary repair and shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. NO RETURN will be accepted.
