Konami has hinted that the Xbox 360 version of Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 could include Kinect support, suggesting that players might use the hardware to substitute players.
“FIFA has implemented the option to give instructions to players by voice using a Kinect feature,” PES 2013‘s marketing producer Manorito Hosoda told VideoGamer. ”But we think it is not such an intuitive control. Kinect may be used in PES for substituting players. It is just an idea that it can be used for substituting players in the game.”
Konami PR clarified its position when further questioned by stating that the game “could” have Kinect support. Considering the game is only a few months away from release, I would hope they knew for certain.
